30-Day Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, for all eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have any tags, labels, or protective covers intact. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are exempt from being returned.
Free Shipping Returns (US Orders)
For orders shipped within the United States, we offer free return shipping. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that you can use to send the item back to us.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
Return Processing Fee
Please note that a $5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and handling returns.
