Shipping Policy and Rate

Domestic Shipping

Our policy is simple. We will provide free economy shipping of any item anywhere in the United States via our standard ground service only**. No minimum order necessary.

*Delivery Time does not include our 1-2 business day processing time. Additionally, these times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed, due to our inability to control the postal service.

International Shipping

International shipping prices are determined by the shipping service's rates. Buyer is responsible for duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Return Policy

Customer Returns

We offer FREE returns on all US orders! Returns on regular items (excludes custom products) are accepted for any reason within 90 days of purchase.

To make a return, contact with your order number and we will provide you a label.

Only approved returns are accepted and refundable. 

Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

We do not cover the cost of return for international orders, nor do we return the cost of international shipping or upgraded domestic shipping.

This policy is for regular orders only. Find out more about our wholesale return and exchange policy. 

Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

Order changes and cancelations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help. Our warehouse processes orders very quickly, so sometimes we are not able to change the order in time. 

Wrong Address 

We are not responsible for wrong addresses entered for shipping. It is up to the customer to put in their correct address.

Q: Do you do commissions and custom orders?

A: Yes! We offer custom enamel pin design, complete with full professional packaging. See more here. 

Looking for custom artwork, tattoos, and more? Our artist is available for commissions based on her schedule. Please email us at for more information. 

Q: My order is lost.

A: We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet! If the tracking information shows delivered, please allow 24 hours for it to arrive. Packages can show as delivered even though they are still in transit.

Q: My order has damaged or missing items.

A: We apologize if your order was received incomplete or if items were damaged in transit. 

For damaged items, please email us a picture of the damaged item so we can refund you.

A: Ectogasm pins are designed to stay once put, and many have a double backing to keep them extra secure. But if you play rough, here are steps you can take to keep your pins from falling off.
