Shipping Policy and Rate
Our policy is simple. We will provide free economy shipping of any item anywhere in the United States via our standard ground service only**. No minimum order necessary.

International shipping prices are determined by the shipping service's rates. Buyer is responsible for duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns on regular items (excludes custom products) are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase. A fee of $5 will be charged for return processing.
To make a return, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide you a label.
Only approved returns are accepted and refundable.
Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return for international orders, nor do we return the cost of international shipping or upgraded domestic shipping.

Custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Order changes and cancelations
We are not able to change or cancel an order once it is placed, because our orders process too quickly.
We are not responsible for wrong addresses entered for shipping. It is up to the customer to put in their correct address.

Q: My order is lost.
A: We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet! If the tracking information shows delivered, please allow 24 hours for it to arrive. Packages can show as delivered even though they are still in transit.

A: We apologize if your order was received incomplete or if items were damaged in transit.
